Latimer Appleby was appointed to continue the twice-yearly shopper research programme to measure key performance indicators and shopper satisfaction at Whitefriars, the award-winning shopping centre in the heart of Canterbury. This particular programme has been continuously managed by Paul Latimer since the scheme opened in 2005.
