Factor 3

Integrated marketing agency, Factor 3, appointed Latimer Appleby to conduct visitor research in 2013 for one of their new clients, who run a well known historic house and garden, complete with several unique additional attractions. The purpose of the research was to establish current visitor profiles, generate visitor satisfaction ratings, and provide a number of base performance measures against which future marketing activities could be assessed.

Kent Union

Latimer Appleby was commissioned by Kent Union to obtain feedback from more than 18,000 students at the University of Kent on the 2011-2014 strategic plan: From Good to Great. The research took the form of an online survey.


Latimer Appleby was appointed by leading event production company LXFX to help conduct primary research among the key target market for a new seasonal event planned for launch in late 2015.

NewRiver Retail

NewRiver Retail, is a leading specialist REIT focused on the UK food and value retail sector. Latimer Appleby was instructed to conduct consumer research surveys across twenty of their shopping centres, in order to generate a set of comparative benchmarks and to provide feedback on various new and planned shopper initiatives.

Parkfield Retail

Parkfield Retail operate a chain of hardware shops in southern England, using the Home Hardware brand facia. Latimer Appleby was appointed to undertake in-store customer research, combined with on street awareness measurement, across part of the estate in order to support the further development of the retail chain.
